We hope you absolutely love your Rainbow Oracle deck. Each one is packed with care and intention, and we want you to feel completely happy with your purchase.
Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at sarah@tappingwithsarahtobin.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll offer either a replacement (if stock allows) or a full refund, including postage costs.
You don’t need to send damaged items back unless we request it.
Change of Mind
Because the deck is a spiritual and energy-based product, we can’t accept returns if it’s been opened or used, for hygiene and energetic integrity reasons.
If you change your mind before opening, you may return the deck within 14 days of receiving it. Please email us first to arrange the return.
You’ll be responsible for return postage, and refunds will be issued once we receive the item in perfect condition.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please let us know so we can investigate with Royal Mail. We’ll always do our best to resolve it quickly.
