By purchasing The Rainbow Oracle, you agree to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
All orders are lovingly packed and shipped from the UK using Royal Mail Click & Drop. Please allow 2–3 business days for dispatch and 2–4 working days for UK delivery (international orders may take longer e.g. 5-7 working days).
If you’re ordering from outside the UK (including Ireland and the EU), your parcel may be subject to local customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees on arrival. These charges are set by your country’s customs authorities and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
We’re unable to predict or cover these costs, so we recommend checking your local import thresholds before ordering. Thank you for understanding — and for your patience while your Rainbow Oracle makes its way to you. 🌈
If your deck arrives damaged, please email sarah@tappingformums.com within 14 days and we’ll replace or refund it. Returns are only accepted for unopened items. Once opened, decks are non-returnable for hygiene and energetic reasons.
